RETURN POLICY


Return & Exchange Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 business days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back (postmarked) within 5 business days, or the request will be canceled.


Condition Requirements for refunds and/or exchanges: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached. Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, or stains.


Jewelry and hair accessories are final sale for hygenic reasons.


Final sale items are not elible for return - check your size carefully!.


Returns Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for return processing once we receive your item.


Lost or Stolen Packages: The Local Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

The Local group is not responsible for wear and tear after purchase. Please follow the care instructions provided in your package to maintain quality.

Oopsie!  Sometimes these things happen… If your item is defective upon receipt, please email hithere@thelocalgroup.shop within 5 business days to report the issue. 

Your options wil be:
- A replacement of the same item.
- Store credit.
- A refund to your original payment method.

Damaged item must be received to our warehouse before replacement/refund can be issued.


Please allow 5-7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse to be processed for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund, store credit, or exchange has been issued.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as this varies according to your banking establishment and method of payment.
