When will my package arrive?

All packages are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Domestic (USPS within the US):

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99! (2-8 business days after processing*)

$12.95 Flat Rate shipping on all orders under $99

PRIORITY SHIPPING (1-2 business days after processing*):

$14.95 for orders up to $49.99

$24.95 for orders up to $50-$99.99

$34.95 for orders over $100

*Shipping times may vary as USPS does not guarantee these delivery estimates. 

International Shipping: 

International shipping rates through DHL and USPS.  Rate determined according to weight and delivery location.

Import Duties & Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance.


Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. The Local Group Apparel is not responsible for address errors. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.  


What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

The Local Group Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Shop Alora Eden is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS directly with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. 


How do I make a return?

Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please see our return policy HERE for details.


All return requests must be submitted via our return's portal. Once approved return must be postmarked within 5 business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse to be processed for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund, store credit, or exchange has been issued.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as this varies according to your banking establishment and method of payment.


Exchanges anyone?

Exchanges will ship within 3-5 business days AFTER your return has been processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange order has been fulfilled. 

We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.  Only original orders may be exchanged. 

If you would like to return an item that was exchanged from your original order, you will be given the option for a refund back to your original payment method or store credit. Please email us at hithere@thelocalgroup.shop

Your store credit will be issued AFTER your return has been received and processed. After processing your return, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit can be applied at checkout and does not have an expiration date. 


Is there anybody out there?

We want to answer any questions or concerns you have. Please allow up to 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to respond to your email. Any emails sent after business hours are answered by the end of the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 2 PM EST through Sunday evening are responded to by the end of the following business day.

 

Help! What size am I?

Measure yourself and then compare your measurements to the size chart provided in the item description. Consider the fit notes to see if the item is designed to be more fitted or oversized.  Items size charts may vary so please compare carefully.

I changed my mind!

Cancellation Policy:

We do have a no cancellation policy.  Please review your cart carefully before checking out.  Due to our processing procedures, once that order is placed we are anable to cancel.  You will need to wait to receive and then request return/exchange.


Can I return accessories or hats?

All jewelry, accessories, hats, and final items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Choose wisely!
